My teacher corps journey is coming to a close. I am in a Hotel in Jackson for a three-day conference. The hotel has free dinner, booze, and breakfast. This education stuff is not so bad. It is a technology conference and I will be learning about using Garageband and iTunes in the classroom. I have decided that I want to stay in teaching I while longer and maybe as a career. This year has been a breeze from an instructional stand-point, but I am growing weary of the administration. As stressful as teaching can be, it is a rewarding profession and I think it is a noble and worthwhile career.
